Program Eligibility

The CASHFLOW STR Accelerator™ is intended for high-income W2 professionals (typically $150K+) who meet the qualification criteria disclosed during the application and strategy session. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion if we do not believe the program is the right fit for the prospective client's situation.

Done-With-You Engagement

The CASHFLOW STR Accelerator™ is a done-with-you program. Outcomes depend on Client's good-faith participation, including timely decisions, capital deployment, vendor coordination, and execution on framework recommendations. The Company provides strategy, sourcing, validation, and accountability — not execution of acquisition, financing, or operations on the Client's behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheCashflowBNB shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Financial losses or missed opportunities
  • Property-level losses, guest defaults, contractor failures, or vendor non-performance outside our direct scope
  • Consequential or incidental damages

arising from the use of our Site, services, or materials.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheCashflowBNB from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Delaware.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from TheCashflowBNB, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description

You may receive text messages related to appointment confirmations and reminders, CASHFLOW Accelerator engagement updates, bi-weekly accountability prompts, and follow-ups regarding your application, inquiries, or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
